1. What is a Premium Ad Pack?
A Premium Ad Pack is an option to buy multiple Premium Ads at once. We offer 3 types of Premium Ad packs one each for Top of the Page Ad, Urgent Ad and Top of the Page + Urgent Ad
2. How do I use / redeem the Ad credits I have already purchased?
You can use ad credits to purchase Premium Ads while Posting an Ad, Converting a Free to Premium Ad, Renewing your Premium Ad or even extending the life of your Premium Ad beyond 30 days.
3. Can ad credits purchased for one category be used for another Category or Subcategory?
No, you cannot use Premium Ad Credits across categories as these credits are category specific. You can use them for different sub-categories within the same category these ad credits were purchased for.
4. What is Pack validity?
Pack validity means the time frame within which the ad credits have to be used. For eg: If a Premium Ad pack with 100 Ad credits and a validity period of 6 months is purchased on May 1st , 2011 then all the 100 Ad Credits need to be used before Oct 31st, 2011. All the Ad Credits will expire on Nov 1st and you will not be able to use them. Also, after the expiry date, there will be no refund if you have unused ad credits in your account.
5. What is the duration of a Premium ad activated via ad credits?
30 days. It is the same duration as that of a Premium Ad activated via other payment modes like net banking, credit/debit cards, cash/cheque etc
6. Can I use my ad credits after the pack has expired?
No, you cannot use any ad credits after the Premium Ad pack has expired.
7. Where all can I use/redeem my ad credits?
You can use your Premium Ad credits to only purchase Premium Ads. These ad credits cannot be used to sign-up for Customer Leads or any other of Quikrs premium offering.
